SEQUND has quickly become our flagship product. We’ve been dreaming about this for a long time, and now the best of our M4L patches are available for all major DAWs. We combined our favorite features from our own polyrhythmic sequencers into a single AU/VST plugin, and then added a few more… The result? A truly unique and powerful tool… (yes, we’re bragging a bit, but we really like what it does!)

Like our probability sequencer, SEQUND has two melodic tracks and a probability sequence track that lets you switch between both melodies. Each track has an independent length, making it easy to create complex polyrhythms and evolving patterns. We’ve added Hold, Chance, Length, Octave, Transpose, and three MIDI CC# tracks to make it even more unique and flexible.

Whether you want to create captivating basslines with subtle variations or eccentric, groove-filled melodies, SEQUND’s intuitive interface will instantly jumpstart your creative process. Each user preset contains up to 12 patterns that can be instantly recalled via MIDI notes, allowing you to change patterns on the fly with smooth transitions and incredible timing.

The new transpose function is available before or after scale quantization. It allows you to shift the melody and always stay in key, no matter what you do, or work like traditional transposition. Of course, the transpose function can be controlled via MIDI notes, meaning you can transpose the sequence in real time using the keyboard while recording in a DAW. If desired, you can “play the sequencer” and use it with both software and hardware synthesizers.

Of course, we’ve kept and improved the randomization features for instant sequence generation, and added amazing presets from artists like Alexander Kowalski, Arno, Brauter, Christian Burkhardt, Christy Cons, Sirk, D’Julz, Goldmun, Janeret, Josh Wink, Katie Drover, Okane, Oshana, Reboot, Robin Ordell, Rodriguez Jr., Soela, Tini, and Tripmastaz to get you started…
